At Prickly Adventure Snacks, we stand behind the quality of every snack we make. Because our products are perishable and crafted in small batches, we do not accept returns for misorders, flavor preferences, or any situation where the product is not defective.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement

We gladly offer a replacement or refund only if:
The product arrives damaged,
The product is defective,
Or the product is incorrect due to an error on our end.

To qualify, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide:
Order number
A brief description of the issue
Photo(s) of the defective or damaged item

Non-Eligible Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Ordering the wrong product
Changing your mind after purchase
Disliking a flavor or texture
Minor variations typical of handmade, small-batch foods

Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping

In most cases, defective items do not need to be shipped back, as long as photographic proof is provided.
