Prickly Pear Fruit Leather

A desert mirage turned into edible goodness. Apples and peaches join forces in a soft, chewy base—but don’t get too comfortable. That prickly pear juice slithers in like a venomous pink liqueur, bright and mysterious, kissed with just enough lemon to tickle the edge of madness. This is the spirit of the Mojave distilled into fruit leather. It’s smooth, strange, and entirely too real. If you listen close while chewing, you can hear coyotes laughing in the distance.

Ingredients:  Apple, Prickly Pear Juice, Peach, Lemon Juice.
